Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders received after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (US domestic)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (US domestic)

  • International Shipping: Estimated 7-21 business days depending on destination. Customs and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Local Delivery and Pickup

  • Buy online, pickup in-store option available at Babson Pickup

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
